My Latest Crush

I do not walk the talk(type?), as far as blogging is concrned. I do not have the enthu to write on Mumbai trip. I don’t even have the energy to caption all the flickr images that I uploaded.

The most important happening last week was the arrival of my laptop, after a long wait. An HP machine, looks good…had to go to SCMHRD campus to get the piece to evade octroi.Poor me, still haven’t figured out octroi ka funda, and why only here they have octroi?

All the new laptops have brought along a sense of euphoria among the juniors(including me). A situtation similar to newly married.

When you are a “brand new” couple , you do not know what to do(what not to do) with the spouse. Whether to take her around and keep her close to onself. You keep thinking that now I am different from the rest.

To make sure that my new partner is different from others(junta writing down names on laptop bags, laptops etc). Trying various attires on her,various wallpapers.

“Loading” her like crazy with all the software under the sun, piracy at its peak. NASSCOM would call it quits if they come down to have a look at the deluge of piracy happening here…

Having configured* lots of laptops to apna Wi-Fi, loaded terra bytes of software standing on either sides of law, I have reached a stage were configuring Wi-Fi can be done blindfoled(thats a bit of exxagegration, though)

Yesterday till 10 pm, I was enjoying the speed of WiFi on the stairs, the feeling is nice…me like anyone else, downloading software and songs…clearing my mailboxes from all heavy attachments…..

Thats all about my latest crush….no its not a crush… its deep from inside….sad but true that its one sided….I love my lappy:-P

you forgiot to mention the painful wait for the laptops…..the sprawling campus at scmhrd….the cantten and the painful journey u gave the person sitting next to you….lol……….
