Pagerank issues with my blog

Welcome back!

First day of Sem 2 , happened today…

But some issues in front of me now:
1)Desperately wanna change the template
2)My blog was listed as the 5th link for the search string nikhil, now its no where, its on some 7th page:-((
3)What went wrong in point 2)….thats too in just 15 days ….
