The jurisdiction of the case would be either the location of ur website servers or the copy cat's servers. I am sure, you can contact an attorney in your country and fight the case. My and my boyfriend have a aquatic site too and we had there a very long article and one site not only steal few parts of it, but we have a suspicion, that the site is even selling the article as an e-book! And this is not the only one who copies our articles. It is horrible. We work hard to write them and we even pay money to aquarists to write the articles and somebody just copy them?
